2.3 Geographical Restrictions. You must not use the Platform if gambling is prohibited in your place of residence.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) eplay88 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, phone number, payment method, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. eplay88 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, eplay88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. eplay88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 Account Transferability. Your eplay88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any such transfer is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Non-Resident Accounts. eplay88 accounts are intended for use by residents of Malaysia. Non-Malaysian residents who access the Platform do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eplay88 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. eplay88 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You agree to notify eplay88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. eplay88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 Session Security. You are responsible for logging out of your eplay88 account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices. eplay88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account.
4.4 Liability for Unauthorised Activity. Until eplay88 receives notification of unauthorised access and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification, all activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be treated as your activity and subject to these Terms.
5.1 Own Funds. All deposits to your eplay88 account must be made exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. eplay88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX, subject to availability at any given time.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The current minimum deposit amount is RM30. eplay88 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. eplay88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for verified accounts; complex cases may take longer.
5.4 Bonus Wagering. Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the eplay88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). eplay88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. 6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to each eligible member once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. eplay88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., covering all outcomes of a wager), and exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, eplay88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close the account in question.
6.4 Right to Amend or Withdraw. eplay88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered through.
6.5 Maximum Bet During Wagering. While wagering through bonus funds, the maximum permitted single bet is RM50 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower), unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets in excess of this limit placed with bonus funds may be voided.
7.1 Accepted Bets. A bet is not accepted until eplay88 has confirmed acceptance and assigned a unique transaction reference number. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, eplay88's records shall be the authoritative source for determining whether a bet was accepted.
7.2 Obvious Errors. eplay88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or pricing error resulting in odds significantly different from market prices). Where such bets are voided, the stake will be returned to the Member's account.
7.3 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. eplay88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined (e.g., a goal has been scored but not yet reflected in the live odds feed) will be voided.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event winnings are subject to limits as displayed in the relevant sportsbook market. eplay88 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any event or market at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eplay88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

10.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eplay88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your eplay88 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
12.1 Right to Suspend. eplay88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where eplay88 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires such action; or (d) the Member poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any required verification and investigation process.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting eplay88 live support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the relevant international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction under which eplay88 operates. eplay88 operates under applicable international gaming authority licensing.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 Transaction Records. In the event of any discrepancy between a Member's records and eplay88's internal system records, the records maintained by eplay88 shall be deemed authoritative, subject to demonstrable technical error.
14.1 Right to Amend. eplay88 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file, and will also be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the eplay88 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
14.3 Supersession. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and eplay88 with respect to the subject matter herein.
